7/16 DIN Straight Male RF Connector For .250 Coaxial Cable
The name of the 7/16 series is derived from the metric dimensions of the connector interface: inner contact diameter 7mm, outer contact inner diameter 16mm. These connectors have excellent performance in terms of return loss and intermodulation distortion (IMD).
These connectors are very strong, very stable, and are mostly WATER-resistant, making them IDEAL FOR APPLICATIONS where vibration resistance and environmental protection ARE important. Since the 7/16 connector is designed to minimize signal distortion due to intermodulation, it is particularly suitable for base stations and broadcast communication systems.
