SSMP Female to Female RF Connector Adapter Gold Plated

Introduction

SSMP is a miniature push-on RF coaxial connector, which have the characters of small volume(compared with SMP), light weight, wide working broadband, etc. Apply for the couple usage of board to board connectors for the situation of modular intensive mounting and the plug has two interface form with full detent and unthreaded hole.

Male: Sn-P Bronze/Kovar, Gold plated

Female: Beryllium bronze, Gold plated

Elastic Contact: Beryllium bronze Gold plated

Body and other Metal Parts: Brass/Kovar Gold plated

-Low VSWR through 40GHz(SMP)/50GHz(SMPM)
-Female cable connector options available for all flexible cable types .086” diameter and smaller
-All standard SMP/SMPM male connector options available upon request
-Low insertion/extraction forces, compared to standard full detent SMP and SMPM, mean less torque on board mount connector solder joints       during mating and demating
-Spring loaded positive mating feature allows excellent electrical performance even in extreme vibration environments
-Low mating forces allow for more mating cycles without failure compared to full detent SMP and SMPM​
