20mm Thickness Heat Resistant Compacting Felt Blanket

Compacting machine is generally equipped with two steam chambers and two felt units. It pre-shrinks and stabilizes the T-shirts or polos in order to avoid too much shrinkage after washing.

The compacting unit consists of 2 felt compacting units, each of them consisting of a Nomex felt approx. 20 mm thick, a steam heated chrome-plated center roller of dia. 400 mm, a rubber covered roller driven by variable frequency drive, a compacting pressure roller, a felt tensioning roller and a felt centering roller.

Our 100% Nomex Felt produce according to machine request, this kind of felt is the main component of the textile machines, such as heat transfer printing, sanforizing, calendering, etc.Compactor felts are used in the compactor machines to facilitate the pre-shrinkage and stabilization of knitted fabrics and improve the fabric handle.

   It is 6 months guaranteed and basically our products can be used around one year in a normal condition, also it depends on your scale of production and your use behavior.

   Normally, our products are packed with PP woven bags with waterproofing.
