Introduction:

Triple layer BOM press felts include the structures of 1 +2, 2 +1 and 1 +1 +1 composite felts. The press felts can be applied to more than 200 kN/m linear pressure and possess the features of good flexibility and permeability, excellent size stability, long life performance.

Triple layer press felts are used in high speed paper machines for suction complex press, large diameter nip roll press and shoe press to produce high grade news-prints, writing papers, paper-boards etc.

The felts are generally made of batt layer and fiber layer used for different PM. Each felt is customized for PM based on below data.

1. The blanket adopts the imported high-temperature-resistant aramid fabric, and the medium substrate can be divided into two kinds, namely         polyester dry net and Kevlar substrate.

2. The temperature can reach 250℃. At the end of usage, the convergence shrinkage is 2% and the extending rate is 3%.

3. It is the transferring printing blanket special for all kinds of textile fabrics, curtain cloth and decoration cloth.
