Description :

Heat transfer printing felt, also called calendar heat press felt, Nomex endless felt, sublimation printing blanket.
Are used on a Rotary Drum heat transfer printing calendar.

The purpose of the heat transfer printing felt is: to print the pattern from paper to fabric helping with pressure and temperature.

Our printing felts have an inner scrim and a surface made of aramid Nomex fibers to endure the high temperature of the transfer-printing machine cylinders.

The felts have below advantages:
1. Have a good tracking, show a very smooth surface to avoid any possible marks on the fabrics to be processed
2. Thanks to a special heat-setting treatment, they run even under tension and do not shrink while in use.

Application:

For fabrics of apparel Sportswear, Swimwear, and Outdoors Banners, and Flags, etc.
