Summary:
o Double Eccontric Butterfly Valves have reliable seal characteristic. Media can be efficiently sealed by the valve no matter which direction it's from. So these valve are especially suitable for the potable water pipe with out direction requirements.
Unique Design:
o Body and disc are coated with epoxy resin on both internal and external surface. So the valve have excellent anti-corrosion characteristic.
o There is no graphite or other organic material in the seal position, which helps the valves keep longer lives,at the same time no corrosion to the media.
o Metal-seal ring position can be adjusted in all directions, which makes the valve can be operated by minimum torque. When the metal-seal ring default by careless or other reasons, it can be easily changed.0 Instead of the graphite packing, NBR or EPDM o-rings are applied for the shaft seal, which keeps maintenance free.
o Up from DN1200, we apply the flying-disc- shaped disc to reduce the head loss.
o Up from DN1800, self-lubricating bearing are applied: to reduce the operation torque.
