Manufactured through premium alkali phenolic resin sand casting or sodium silicate-bonded sand casting processes, this idler delivers robust construction and perfect dimensional stability. After specialized heat treatment, it achieves HRC 48-58 surface hardness with a 4-6mm hardened layer (HRC 45), providing outstanding impact and wear resistance for harsh mining and construction conditions.
Final finishing on a CK5110 large-scale CNC vertical lathe ensures precise dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish for seamless assembly. The extended service life reduces frequent part replacements, minimizing maintenance-related safety hazards and contributing to workplace safety improvements.
