We are using AISI 4130, 410,17-4PH material for our stem forging, with a 75,000psi minimum yield, hardness meet the requirements of NACE MR 0175, all wrought material is formed using hot-working practice that produces a fully wrought structure throughout.        

Steels made are electric furnace and the steels are produced using melt and refining practices proven capable of producing steels that are free from deleterious defects. Melting practice is documented on test reports.

All materials are supplied in a Normalized, Quenched, and Tempered condition. This is documented.

The heat identification is maintained through all stages of processing. All parts are traceable to heat treat batch and heat lot.
