High Reliability Biogas Upgrading System, Upgrading Biogas To Biomethane

Microorganisms in the aerobic digester produce biogas, which is mainly composed of methane and carbon dioxide (CO2). It is a renewable, clean and economical fuel that has been desulfurized. Ally has promoted a number of facilities in Guangdong and Shandong to process biogas into bio-CNG as supplementary fuel for logistics trucks.

Process Description

Biogas is compressed and desulfurized, and then it is decarbonized and purified via PSA, afterwards, it passes through deoxidation and TSA non-destructive drying as to get the product gas which meets requirement of automobile fuel gas.
