What is Steam Methane Reforming Technology?

Steam methane reforming (or Steam Reforming) is a chemical reaction used to generate syngas (H2 and CO) from hydrocarbons such as natural gas. This is completed in a reformer which reacts methane with steam at high temperature and pressure along with nickel catalyst. Steam methane reformer is extensively used in industry to produce hydrogen.

On the basis of the original synthetic ammonia gasification process, Ally Hi-Tech has carried out bold reforms on reforming furnaces, desulfurization conversion, transfer recovery systems, purification systems, etc., so that the investment in equipment is greatly reduced compared with the old technology, and the natural gas consumption is also reduced by about 1/3, especially In the technical transformation of the natural gas conversion core equipment-reformer, it has achieved breakthrough success and transformed the test on the already built equipment.
