Zirconium silicate beads is also called as 65 zirconia beads since it contains 65% ZrO2. It selected the

high-purity and ultra-fine zirconium silicate powder as main material,then made into different beads by

process of sintering,polishing...

It is composed of dense zirconium silicate particles. There is no hollow inside, which avoids  the separation

of crystal phase and glass phase. And it has the outstanding characteristics of higher density and hardness,

and lower wear rate.

The true specific gravity of 65 zirconia beads is 4.0-4.1g/cm3, which is 1.6 times of that of

ordinary glass beads, so it has higher grinding efficiency than that of glass beads under the

same conditions.

Compared with 95 Yttrium Stabilized Zirconia Beads,65 zirconia beads has higher price/

performance ration.
