Description of ceramic beads

Ceramic Beads is zirconia based spherical abrasive sandblasting media, produced in melting process, and then shaped into micro spherical beads, with very fine micro structure featured strong wear resistance and high toughness, and low-dust emission. Sizes available from B20 (600-800μm ) to B505 (0-63μm ).

It does not contaminate the treated metal parts surface, especially suited for metal and alloy tool cleaning and surface preparation applications.
