Commodity Description
Ceramic beads is made of zircon sand as the main raw material, and is smelted at high temperature by electric arc and cooled by blowing. The particle size ranges from B20 to B505.
It is of smooth surface , high hardness,good toughness, and no dust pollution. Compared with other sandblasting media, its usage rate has been significantly improved. It is a new substitute for glass beads. It has been widely used in the surface treatment of aircraft engine blades, titanium alloy medical equipment, golf clubs, etc., to relieve stress on the surface, strengthen the surface, and extend the service life.
