1. Description of Ceramic Beads blasting media
 
Ceramic beads is a ceramic media blasting abrasive, made of zircon sand as the main raw material, melted in a high-temperature furnace above 2000 degrees, then blow into beads and finally sieved into different particle sizes from B20 to B505.
 
Ceramic beads  has below features:
 

• Good impact strength and toughness
• High hardness and surface smoothness
• High abrasion resistance and not easy to be broken

 
So it can be recycled and used repeatedly, and has a high utilization rate, which is 15-20 times that of glass beads.
It has a wide range of particle size, strong optionality, and can be matched with various types of sandblasting machines.
It is also the most environmentally friendly green material of sandblasting abrasive.

3. Applications:

Stainless steel sandblasting plates is processed on the surface of the board with ceramic beads through an automatic sandblasting machine to make the surface of the board present a fine bead-like sand surface. After sandblasting, it undergoes a complicated process to make different surface colors.
 
The available colors of the stainless steel sandblasting plates are: light golden yellow, golden yellow, sapphire blue, black gun color, brown, young color, zirconium gold, bronze, rose.
