1. Product Description of Homogenized Calcined Bauxite

Homogenized bauxie selects different grade bauxite as raw material,then grind into one fine powder

about 800 mesh by a vertical ball mill, then made into finished products through one special process

of magnetic separation, chemical pulping, mixing, spray granulation, compression molding,dry dehydration

under high temperature over 1600 degrees.

That Homogenized bauxite adopts one unique iron removal technology to ensure that iron content to

reach one stable and long-lasting value before homogenization.

Then the final product has the characteristics of high buck density, low water absorption, low porosity,

low iron,high aluminum.Most important is that alumina content can be customized from 82% to 90%,

corundum phase can reach about 15%.
