1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic bead Blasting Media select the high quality imported zircon sand as main material,then fused
in electronic furnace under high temperature over 2000degrees,finally made into different microbeads
by special process.
Ceramic Bead Blasting Media is one artificial sand with high heat resistance and low expansion rate,
it also has the characteristics of high hardness,good elasticity,especially suitable for the metal surface
finish.
Compared with glass beads & steel shot,Ceramic beads has medium density,it can make up the blind
area of upper and lower limit of sandblasting.
Ceramic beads can replace glass beads where one clean working condition is required for its lower
breakdown rate; it can also replace steel shot where one ferrous contamination is forbidden since its
zero iron content.
