1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting 

Ceramic bead blasting media ,it selects the high quality zircon sand as main material,then melt in

electronic furnace under high temperature over 2000 degreess,finally made into different microbeads.

Ceramic bead contains 60-66% ZrO2,7-13% Al2O3,25-30% SiO2,it is also called as zirconia sand.

It is suitable for metal surface finish due to its smooth surface,good elasticity,high hardness.

Compared with glass beads and steel shot,ceramic bead blasting media has medium density,which can

make up the blind area of lower and upper limit of sandblasting.

Ceramic Beads Blasting  is one clean and economic blasting media for long term blasting process.
