DESCRIPTION

YTZP yttrium stabilized zirconia beads, also called ceramic grinding beads, are produced by sintering process with micron and sub-nano zirconia as raw materials, with a small amount of yttrium oxide as a stabilizer.

With excellent wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. This high-density bead is used to achieve maximum grinding effect with minimum product contamination rate.
It is suitable for ultra-fine grinding and dispersion of high viscosity, high hardness, zero pollutant materials.

FEATURE

1. High grinding efficiency:

    The specific gravity of YTZP yttrium stabilized zirconia beads is 1.6 times that of ordinary zirconia beads, and it has higher grinding efficiency        under the same conditions.

2. Less wear on the sand mill:

    The product has good roundness and smooth surface, and the wear on the equipment is lower than other grinding media.

3. Low abrasion: YTZP zirconia beads have good toughness and will not crack in high-speed and high-concentration machines. The abrasion is        only 2/1 of that of zirconium silicate beads.
