1. Product Description of Ceramic Beads Blasting Media

Ceramic beads is one round solid blasting media,it selects the high-quality zircon sand as main raw

material, then fused in electronic furnace at high temperature over 2000 degrees,then finally made into

different size.

Ceramic beads has similar chemical composition as the one of zirconium silicate beads,while they are

ifferent,since ceramic beads is made by melting process which contains 60-66% ZrO2,25-30% SiO2,

7-13% Al2O3,used in blasting application;while zirconium silicate beads contains min 65% ZrO2 and

25-30% SiO2,used as grinding application.

Ceramic beads is one clean and high efficient blasting media.
