1. Product Description
Our zirconium silicate beads are made from high-purity and ultra-fine zirconium silicate powder, rolled into a billet after fine grinding, and formed by a sintering phasing process.
With the advanced process of roll polishing and high temperature sintering, there will be no pore and void inside the beads. Because of medium density and hardness, it is suitable for the grinding of materials with medium and low viscosity and it match most sand mills and are general purpose grinding media.

4. Applicaiton
widely used for superfine grinding of calcium carbonate, kaolin, titanium dioxide, paint, ink and other products. It can also be used for metal surface treatment such as shot peening and polishing.
Compared with yttrium stabilized zirconia beads (95 zirconia beads), the cost is relatively low, very suitable for grinding in paints, coatings, and papermaking.
