1. Product Description of Ceramic Beads

People often confuse ceramic beads and zirconium silicate beads,since they contains similar chemical

compositions, but actually they are used in different applications: Zirconium silicate beads is one grinding

media,which widely used for grinding and dispersing of low and medium viscosity;while ceramic beads

is one blasting media,widely used for surface finish.

Ceramic beads has wide particle size from B20(0.600-0.850mm) to B505(0.010-0.030mm),which can

match most types of blasting equipment.

Compared with glass beads,ceramic beads has low breakdown rate, it will generate little dust in whole

blasting process,which will provide one clean and healthy working condition,also reduce the treatment

cost of solid waste,therefore ceramic beads is widely used to replace glass beads.

4. Precautions when using ceramic sand for the first time

Please kindly open 1/3 to 1/2 vest of dust collector when using ceramic bead for the first time,because

ceramic beads need the wind to be recycled. This is different from glass beads, when using galss beads,

the vest of dust collector is sealed completely.
