1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media

Ceramic beads selects the high quality zircon sand as main material,then fused in arc furnace under high

temperature over 2000 degrees,and finally made into different beads from B20(0.600-0.850mm) to B505

(0.010-0.030mm).

Ceramic beads is one clean and high efficiency blasting media,which can be recycled for 70-90 times in

wet blasting.

There is little dust generated in whole blasting process,which will provide one healthy and bright working

condition,also ensuring the workers to escape from the hidden danger of silicosis.Then ceramic beads

can replace glass beads where one clean and bright working condition is required.
