Pit Type Electric Resistance Furnace Overview
This national standard energy-saving batch type heat treatment furnace reaches temperatures of 850°C-1200°C, specifically designed for quenching heat treatment of steel and aluminum parts including rods, long axes, rolls, 45 steel, stainless steel, and other metal materials.
Product Structure & Design
The pit type furnace features a cylindrical deep well design with vertical workpiece installation for optimal heating. Constructed from furnace shell, lining, heating device, and temperature control systems, it can be installed underground, above ground, or at ground level based on workshop requirements.
Applications & Heat Treatment Capabilities
Primarily used for tempering carbon steel mechanical parts after quenching, this versatile furnace also supports annealing, normalizing, carburizing, and carbonitriding heat treatments. Available in electric or gas heating configurations.
