Product Description
Working Principle

This 8-ton induced draft counterflow cooling tower operates with working fluid (water, oil, or other liquids) flowing inside coils that are externally sprayed with water. Heat transfers through the coil walls, creating saturated vapor when water meets air. The heat is exhausted through the top fan while water collects in the bottom tank for continuous circulation. The spray water cools via PVC radiation fins in a co-current flow with fresh air, primarily using sensible heat transfer.

Key advantages include prevention of scale formation on coil exteriors, making it ideal for high-temperature fluids (up to 60°C) or applications requiring large temperature differentials (e.g., 60°C to 32°C).
