Hot Pressed Paper Description
What is hot pressed paper ?
Hot pressed paper , also called Laminated Kraft Paper, it looks the same as normal kraft paper, but in fact
feature is very special. Hot pressed paper mainly used in the lamination process of FPC, PCB, CCL and other
industries, and plays the role of heat preservation, water absorption, decompression, buffering, heat transfer, etc.
What advantages do hot pressed paper have ?
1. The paper is flat and clean. There are no folds, wrinkles, holes, sand, etc.
2. Hot pressing has good elasticity and high flatness, which can significantly improve the quality of pressing
and improve the yield of products.
3. The paper surface is uniform in quantitative and uniform thickness.
4. The heat transfer performance is stable, uniform without fluctuation, and the heat transfer rate is moderate.
5. The moisture content of the paper is controlled below 8% to avoid the adhesion between the pads or the
steel plate during the pressing process.
6. The fiber structure is uniform, and the paper surface is smooth without wrinkles and foreign matter.
