Heating Type: Electric steam

Opening door type: Manual quick opening, single man can easily complete all the steps. This design is the most advanced way and idea of opening the door. Open and close the door normally when it is power failure.

Sealing Method:The door uses inflatable silicone sealing ring, which is simple and convenient to maintain and the sealing effect is obviously better than other methods with more than 2 years of service life.

Safety chain type: 3 sets of safety interlock devices are designed at the tank door. It solves the safety problems caused by mistaken operation completely.

Introduction:

The electric steam vulcanization tank is automatically controlled by temperature, pressure and vulcanization time. It is 30% more energy efficient than ordinary vulcanization tanks, and its performance is stable and reliable. The special 304 stainless steel flange electric heating tube has fast heating and long service life.

The heating wire is built with a new type of thermal conductive insulating oxidized rice material, and the external wiring terminal of the flange electric heating pipe is externally arranged to avoid heat generation and ignition of the built-in wiring point and cause short circuit.

The electric heating tubes are distributed at the bottom of the tank water tank and are controlled separately by three groups. After reaching the set temperature, only one of the electric heating tubes is kept and vulcanized. This design greatly saves energy consumption.

The height of the bottom of the tank is 3-7mm. According to the principle of upward vapor diffusion, the electric steam generated by the electric heating tube is heated from bottom to top, and is circulated and diffused, so that the steam in the tank is evenly circulated, the temperature inside the tank is uniform and there is no dead angle, and the pressure is constant.

The product quality in the tank is solved due to uneven temperature and pressure. After setting the working program, the control system automatically performs the tasks of temperature rise, heat preservation, vulcanization, etc., and an audible and visual alarm prompts after the vulcanization is completed.

When loading, our workers will fix the retorts tightly with wire rope so that the retorts can't move in the container.
