Application:
Vulcanizing Tank used in tire retreading process is mainly used for rubber tire retreading, reclaimed rubber desulphurization, wire, cable, tape, rubber rollers and other rubber products vulcanization. styrene-butadiene rubber thermoplastic refining, wood, Chinese medicine sterilization, oxidation of aluminum products, carbonization of bamboo products widely used in the gypsum and its products and other materials autoclaving.
Features:
The Vulcanizing Tank used in tire retreading process for tire retreading is a pressure vessel with speed open door, the autoclave openings sealed with inflatable silicone ring or internal pressure self-tight rubber pad. Mechanical or manual gearing is used to lock and open the lid, reasonable structure, convenient operation, good sealing performance, the temperature in the tank is uniform,furthermore, complete safety accessories (equipped with safety interlock device).
