Application:

It is widely used in cable industry, reclaimed rubber industry, inner tube industry and rubber hose industry etc rubber profiles manufacturing.

The mixed compound through rubber kneader can be fed into the two-rotor strainer directly, not need to use the rubber mixing mill any more. Under the action of screw push and conveyor, theimpurities of reclaimed rubber will be removed. According to customer requirements it can extrude the strained rubbers into different shapes of rubber products.

Brief introduction:

The screw and the cylinder are made of the specially-nitrated steel 38CrMoAl with high hardness and good abrasive resistance.

The heads and the machine body, as well as the central-hollowed screw, are accessible for hot steam or cold water to regulate the temperature of the processing rubber materials.
