This kind rubber hydraulic vulcanizing machine is mainly used for vulcanizing & molding rubber products, like rubber mats, rubber sheets, shock-reducing rubber, condenser seals, rubber fender etc.
Machine introduction:
1. This rubber hydraulic vulcanizing machine is a frame type machine, adopt different thickness Q235 steel plate as frame according to its pressure (clamping force).
2. The hydraulic cylinder is made of nodular cast iron which has good ability of pressure bearing. The plunger is made of chilled cast iron, with high strengh and good wear-resistance performance.
