Machine introduction:
This rubber specimens molding press machine is used in laboratory of rubber factory, for making rubber specimens to check the rubber product's optimum cure point and check whether its perfromance is match the requirement.
The machine consists of Top bolster, heating plates, moving bolster, column, main cylinder, hyeraulic station and control cabinet.
It equipped with a touch screen with PLC control unit. The pressure and vulcanzing temperature & time will be showed on the screen and automatically controlled by PLC.
Compared with common type rubber molding press machine, this machine use pressure sensor instead of the pressure gauge, the pressure measurement will be much more accurate, the pressure will be displayed on the screen and controlled by PLC directly.
