Application:
The equipment is mainly used for the extrusion of various types of automotive hoses, reinforced hoses, and special-shaped hoses; the extrusion of single-extruded rubber seals, double composite seals, triple composite seals, and quad composite seals for various types of automobiles; Extrusion of rubber hoses for small and medium industries; extrusion of textile top rollers, aprons, etc.
Structural characteristics:
The screw used in the exhaust cold feed extruder can be divided into ordinary cold discharge screw and strong shear cold discharge screw according to the flow state of the narrow compression section of the rubber material. The screw is divided into feeding section, compression section, throttle section, exhaust section and extrusion section. The throttle section uses shallow grooves, equidistant and equal depth threads, which can make the rubber material get a higher shear and a stable conveying process, and also improve the exhaust effect.
The equipment includes motor, reduction box, feeding device, barrel, screw, head, temperature control device, vacuum pump, electronic control system and frame.
