Usage:

About rubber materials after mixing by rubber kneader, without the old process through mixing mill output strip and feeding old strainer, this new type strainer can directly feed clumps of block to double-pull feeding mechanism, using screw pushing, conveying, the mixed gum or removing the impurity in the mixed rubber and reclaimed rubber. Rubber products with different shapes can be extruded according to customer requirements.

The mixed compound through rubber kneader can be fed into the two-rotor strainer directly, not need to use the rubber mixing mill any more. Under the action of screw push and conveyor, theimpurities of reclaimed rubber will be removed.
