24KV Silicon Insulator 160T Pressure Hydraulic Molding Vulcanizing Machine is used for molding&vulcanizing silicon insulators, like 11kv, 22kv, 24kv etc. The heating plate size is 600*1000mm, clamping force is 160T (1.60MN). Also there is plate size of 650*1300 or customized size plates.

1. Column structure rubber hydraulic molding machine.
2. For making silicon insulators and other molded rubber products.
3. Relay automatic control and there is PLC touch screen optional.
4. Automatic mold sliding system for loading&unloading products.
5. Hydraulic piston is made of Nodular cast iron, plunger is made of chilled cast iron.
