Application:

The PVC conveyor belt finger cutting machine is designed to effortlessly punch fingers into polyurethane and PVC conveyor belts in preparation for installing vulcanized splices. The tool is available in 4 standard widths: 300mm, 600mm,900mm and 1200mm .The open construction of the punch enables punching wider belts in multiple steps.

Easy operation:

To punch a belt , one belt end is positioned against the end stop and then clamped in place. Precise fingers are quickly punched with each lever pull.

Punch types:

Depending on the desired finger dimensions, RUNNING offers a variety of punch boards for the punch machine .Please note that punchboards are supplied separately .When ordering a new tool please state the desired punchboards.
