Main Features
1) Frame:The frame structure welded by the steel plate has good rigidity. The two cylinders are fixed on the left and right vertical columns, and the auxiliary tool holder is arranged on the work surface to facilitate the micro-adjustment of the lower tool holder. The feeding table is also equipped with a feeding ball for light operation.
2) Upper knife holder: It is a welded structure of steel plate with good rigidity. It is made of eccentric sleeve.
The fulcrum is recocatingly oscillated under the driving of the left and right cylinders and the accumulator return cylinder to complete the shearing.The vertical support surface pad of the upper tool holder is curved to ensure the consistency of the gap between the upper and lower blades during the cutting process.
3) Pressing device: consists of several press cylinders mounted on the front support plate of the rack.

4) Front and rear blocking materials:
Front block: placed on the work surface, with the scale indicating the value to adjust the active stop to reachThe required material value. It is convenient to use the front material to cut when cutting the steel sheet.
The rear block is mounted on the upper tool holder, and swings up and down with the upper tool holder, and the adjustment of the back gauge
It is driven by a 0.55KW motor and is driven by a screw after being decelerated by the gear. When the adjustment button "+" (or "-") is pressed, the forward (or backward) adjustment of the baffle plate can be achieved. When the desired adjustment value cannot be reached, the manual adjustment wheel can be rotated for manual fine adjustment to ensure the required adjustment value, so the adjustment of the back gauge is convenient and reliable.
