Manufacturing Process
- Kiln dried to 10-13% moisture content for dimensional stability
- Finger-jointed construction creates longer, stronger pieces
- Premium primer finish: 1-coat gesso & 2-coat water-based primer
- Standard primer finish: 2-coat water-based primer (no gesso)
- All surfaces sanded between coats for smooth finish
