How to use 

1. keep the benchtop in freezer 4hours( -20℃ freezer) or 2 hours(-80℃ freezer) 

2, put the benchtop into the foam frame

3. choose the suitable tube holder what meet your experiments and put it on the benchtop

4. now you can start your experiment.

Notes:

usually the cooler will keep temperature in 0℃~ 4℃ during you operate the experiment around 14 hours, but you need more time to finish the experiment, we can put the tube holder into freezer, you will get more time to do it
