PS19 pressure sensorhigh-quality silicon piezoresistive sensor chip. The piezoresistive sensor chip is packaged in a fluid-filled cylindrical cavity and isolated from measured media by a stainless steel diaphragm and housing. The output of NPS19A can be configured to 10%~90%Vs ratiometric,4~20mA, I2C by integrated the electronics.Integrated the electronicsis used for temperature compensation, offset correction.
