A: Please send us your design drawings or original samples so that we can offer a quotation first. If all details are confirmed, we will arrange the sample making.

Q: What’s your MOQ?

A: The MOQ depends on the design and production processes of the products. For the majority of plastic cap, our MOQ is 50000pcs.

Q: What types of payment terms do you accept?

A: Currently, the payment terms we accept are T/T (30% before production, 70% before shipping) and irrevocable L/C at sight.

Q: How long can I receive an order?

A: 1,For plastic products, we will send goods to you within 7-10 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.

2,For aluminum product, the delivery time is 25-28 days after we received your 30% deposit

3,For OEM products, the delivery time is 30-35 work days after we receive your 30% deposit.

Q: Can we get your free samples?

A: Yes, you can. Our Samples are only free for the customers who confirm order. But the freight for express is on buyer's account.

Q: Can we combine many items size in one container in my first order?

A: Yes, you can. But the quantity of each ordered item should reach our MOQ.

Q:What is your shipping way?

A: We will help you to choose the best shipping way according to your detail requirements.By sea, by air, or by express, etc.

Q: How do you control the quality?

A: We will make samples before mass production, and after sample approved, we will begin mass production. Doing 100% inspection during production; then do random inspection before packing; taking pictures after packing.

Q:If any quality problem, how can you settle it for us?

A:If any breakage or defect products were found, you must take the pictures from the original carton. All the claims must be presented within 7 working days after discharging the container. This date is subject to the arrival time of container.

We will advise you to certify the claim by third party, or we can accept the claim from the samples or pictures you present, finally we will completely compensate all your loss.
