Q1: What types of payment terms do you accept?
A: Normally , the payment terms we accept are T/T (50% deposit , 50% balance before shipment ) and irrevocable L/C at sight.
Q2: How long can I receive an order?
A: That depends on the specific items and your order quantity. Normally, the lead time for a 20ft container load will be within 30 days.
Package:
1. Standard exported boxes.
2. Shipping marks will print or label on the box per customer requirement.
3. Packing way according to customer requirement or our QC standard.
Shipping way:
1. By express: UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT express which is door to door. It usually takes 5 days to arrive your home or office.Best way for sample.
2. By air: you need to do custom clearance yourself and pick up goods at the air port in your area.It takes about 5-7 days to arrive.
3. By sea: if quantity is large enough and you don’t need very urgently ,by sea is a better way to save some freight cost. It takes about one month to arrive .
