1. Robot body: fully automatic control, repeatable editing, able to complete a variety of polishing operations in three-dimensional space, user can specify the brand.

2. Sand belt grinding machine: there are several available grinding contact wheels. In the grinding process, the robot can control the speed of the sand belt, automatically adjust the tensioning force of the sand belt, and automatically select the currently available contact wheels.(users can freely configure the number of abrasive belt grinders according to the product)

3. Double-station automatic feeding table: the double-station places materials and operates alternately. The two stations can put the same products or different products at the same time.

4. Fixture positioner: it is driven by air pressure and has the functions of air pressure and cable rotation. The first positioner detection function is provided to avoid the equipment being operated incorrectly when the positioner is not in the correct position, which may damage the machine or PU wheels.

5. Complete machine control system: automatic line speed compensation, sand belt deviation correction, automatic grinding pressure compensation and remote fault diagnosis and repair and other functions.
