I. Introduction to products
1. Full automatic control,Repeatable editing,Able to complete various polishing operations in 3D space.
2. Sand belt machine:There are several available grinding contact wheels. In the grinding process, the robot can control the speed of the sand belt, automatically adjust the tensioning force of the sand belt, and automatically select the currently available contact wheel.(Users can freely configure the number of sand belt grinder according to the product)
3. Double station automatic feeding table:Two stations can put the same products or different products at the same time. The robot can automatically identify and work according to different procedures.
4. Fixture shifter:Pneumatic drive, with pneumatic, cable rotation function, displacement detection function, to avoid the position of the transformer in the wrong equipment operation, damage the machine or PU wheel.
5. Control system:Automatic line speed compensation, sand belt deviation correction, automatic compensation grinding pressure and remote fault diagnosis and repair functions.
