1. The core shooting machine is an automated semi-automatic core shooting device for shooting core boxes optimized by the original 86 series core shooting machine.
2. The whole set of equipment is controlled by Japanese Omron PLC, and the manual semi-automatic control is controlled by the electric disc button device.
3. The upper blow type device has automatic propulsion, automatic mold clamping, automatic sand shooting, automatic sand scraping and automatic reset function.
4. The machine adopts electric heating and automatic temperature control, which makes it easy to operate, high in productivity, low in labor intensity, stable in operation, low in energy consumption and low in noise.
