2) Work Procedure

1. Firstly, the work-piece to be polished is manually placed in the tray of the feeding

table ( the tray is customized and installed on the feeding table, the position of the

work-piece is fied and the direction is unified)

2. After feeding, press the start button, the robot automatically goes to the feeding

platform, and the robot grips the work-piece in the tray automatically.

3. After the work-piece is finished, the work-piece is moved to the grinding place of the

abrasive belt machine for grinding process.

4. According to process requirements, the robot can polish on different numbers of belt.

5. After sanding and polishing of the belt conveyor, the movement of the robot belt

work-piece is at the position of the polishing cloth thrower, and the surface of the

work-piece is polished

6. After the surface polishing is finished, the robot moves the work-piece to the feeding

platform.

7. then the robot reloads the work-piece onto the feeding platform, repeats the above
