To overcome the shortcomings of traditional launching. The rubber airbag like an elastic cushion, it make the hull in the process of launching free pitch, keep the bottom has a larger contact area, makes the stress of the hull very ease, so that the hull structure, on the surface of the paintint will not be damaged.

The constructure of the airbags:

* The outer rubber layer that covers the outside of rubber airbag to protect under layers from abrasion and other external forces. This compound has sufficient tensile and tearing strength to withstand any condition and hard usage.The inside rubber layer seals pressurized air inside marine airbags.

* The synthetic tyre cord layers are made of polyamid cord which commonly used on tyres, that hold the internal pressure and distribute stress evenly. So they can provide strong efficient reinforcement for the airbags.

Preparation works need one or two days

Before launching, operator need to do several preparation works, such as cleaning up sludge on slipway, coating with oil, bending hull with slide plates and transoms.While if launching by air bags, just need one or two days to place airbags at the bottom of ship and inflate them instead.
