Description
The mechanical design of the tracker should take into account the maximum displacement of the sun during the summer solstice (the maximum offset angle between axes). Flat single axis tracker or polar axis (oblique single axis) tracker, the maximum angular motion usually does not exceed or 120°.
The mechanical structure design of the slew drive must be tightly and securely, taking into account the thermal expansion of the metal and the correct installation of the slew drive.
In the case of reasonable mechanical wear, wind pressure loss and material depreciation, the tracking system can guarantee the use period of 25 years. At the same time, in order to protect the long service life, all parts of the slew drive need to be electroplating or other surface anti-rust treatment.

Installation instructions
