Worm Gear Slewing Drive Description
Since the slewing drive reducer is usually used as a general component of large-scale equipment, the slewing drive reducer product is in a component assembly state when it is delivered to the user, and needs to be connected and assembled with the host when it arrives at the manufacturer of the complete machine. In this process, especially for the slewing drive with a closed structure, because the connection between the outer casing and the internal transmission part and the connection between the entire slewing drive and the host use the same set of connecting holes, the slewing drive is pre-connected between the outer casing and the internal transmission part when it leaves the factory. This connection involves the transmission clearance and position adjustment of the internal transmission parts of the slewing drive, so when connecting with the host, it is necessary to retain these pre-connections in the same group of flange holes, and use other holes reserved for users by the rotary drive manufacturer. It must be installed together with the host. During this process, the original assembly form of the slewing drive must not be damaged, so as not to damage its transmission efficiency. The slewing drive delivered to the user has been filled with lubricating oil before leaving the factory. When the main engine is delivered to the user, the user should be informed to regularly add lubricating oil and maintain it according to the rules of use of the slewing drive.
