Product Description
RH5350-50KSA/B is platinum cured silicone rubber for silicone products. The silicone rubber is a two-component liquid silicone rubber for injection moulding processes. RH5350-50KSA/B is suitable for the production of transparent glass-like products, including LED secondary lenses and glasses nose pads.

This product cannot be contacted with compounds containing N, P, S to avoid affecting the catalytic effect of platinum.

4. How to remove bubbles during mold making?
After mixing liquid silicone with curing agent, place the material into a vacuum machine to remove bubbles.
5. How to create durable silicone molds?
Choose the right liquid silicone for your product, avoid using silicone oil (which softens molds), and allow molds to fully cure for 2 hours after completion.
6. Why does silicone rubber develop bubbles after mixing with curing agent?
This is a normal physical phenomenon. The liquid produces bubbles during mixing and requires vacuum treatment for bubble removal.
