Food Grade Clear High Transparent Liquid Silicone Rubber for Baby Nipples
Model: LIM 6250-50-2
Premium food-grade liquid silicone rubber material, mid-temperature cured, specifically formulated for baby nipple manufacturing. This platinum-catalyzed two-component silicone rubber offers exceptional transparency, low linear shrinkage, extended shelf life, and rapid curing time while being completely safe for humans and the environment.
Vulcanization Conditions
120-160°C mid-temperature curing. Actual curing time may vary based on mold thickness and size.
Application Instructions
- Mix components 6250-50-2 A and 6250-50-2 B at 11:1 mass ratio thoroughly
- Perform static or vacuum de-foaming
- Add compound to mold
- Complete vulcanization process
