Food Grade Non-Post Cured Liquid Silicone Rubber for Baby Products and Food Contact Applications
Product Overview
Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) has become one of the most reliable materials for manufacturing baby products and food-contact components. Compared with conventional silicone materials, non-post cured liquid silicone rubber eliminates the secondary vulcanization process after molding, which helps manufacturers significantly improve production efficiency while maintaining excellent product performance.
The 6250-60FV liquid silicone rubber is a two-component platinum-cured material specifically developed for injection molding applications. It provides excellent transparency, stable mechanical properties and low volatile content (VOC ≤0.5%), making it suitable for high-quality consumer products that require both safety and durability.
This grade meets food-contact safety requirements such as LFGB testing standards, and it is widely used for manufacturing various baby products and food equipment parts. Thanks to its balanced hardness and strong tear resistance, it allows manufacturers to produce durable yet flexible silicone components that maintain performance during repeated use.
Typical products include baby bottle nipples, pacifiers, breast pump parts, baby teething toys, feeding accessories and food-contact silicone components.
